MATH is an American Improv/experimental band formed in Woodstock, New York in the mid 90s. The band’s shifting personnel has included members of various other bands, most notably Billy Riker and Joey Eppard of 3 and Dave Bodie of Time of Orchids and Kayo Dot.

Students In Exploration Academy Experiment, Cook, Compute, and Create

On Jun. 15, students attending the various classes at Exploration Academy at Blalack Middle School experienced learning in fun new ways. The Science WOW! class did an experiment with dry ice and bubbles, documenting their findings. The Tabula Digital class learned math concepts in first-person video games. In A Taste of the World, students created and sampled dishes from around the globe and at the end of the summer, will leave with a book of recipes. Other students worked in clay, colored dominos, and work in various art mediums.
